Is employee time tracking mandatory in Switzerland?
Yes. Under Art. 46 of the Swiss Labor Act (LTr / ArG) and Art. 73 OLL 1, every employer operating in Switzerland must record daily start times, end times, break durations, and overtime for all staff.
How long must work logs be retained in Switzerland?
